Anastasia Chubb is a three time Downbeat Magazine Award winning vocalist, pianist, and educator based in Miami, Fl. Born in Kent, England she moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan at the early age of six. Ana holds a Bachelor degree in Jazz Voice Performance from Western Michigan University, and is furthering her studies at the University of Miami. She has a deep admiration for music of all kinds,and is particularly focused on healthy technique and theory.
Ana first fell in love with music through classical piano lessons. After starting as a classical vocalist, Ana quickly found purpose in the abundant Vocal Jazz Community. Discovering a passion for jazz, she has performed as a member of the award-winning vocal jazz ensemble Gold Company.
