In 11th grade, due to a need in the high school orchestra, Long switched to the viola and started to take private lessons with a Baltimore Symphony Orchestra retired violist.
BA in Music Business and MS in Music Education.
Area of Focus:
Classical violin classes in Miami, plus viola and cello lessons in Miami.
Favorite aspect of teaching:
James loves seeing students succeed and perform in front of others. The feeling of a student to take what they learned and then share their music with others is what it’s all about. This is the most rewarding part of teaching violin classes in Miami.
James performed in high school orchestra and was first chair violist. Also, he performed in his college orchestra. Furthermore, he likes to perform his own music at local open mics. Plus, he also likes to sing and perform at his church, in addition to teaching violin classes in Miami.
