Enrique Pulley, a Miami native, has established himself as a dynamic and versatile presence in the Jazz and broader music community. His love for music blossomed early, with percussion as his primary focus. This passion led him to the New World School of the Arts, where he immersed himself in a rigorous music program. Under the guidance of distinguished educators such as Harvel Nakundi and Ludwig Afonso, Enrique has developed a deep understanding and mastery of the drums. Enrique showcased his talent throughout his academic journey in various prestigious ensembles, including the New World School of the Arts Big Band, Wind Ensemble, and Orchestra. He has shared the stage with Jazz luminaries like Tim Warfield, Troy Roberts, John Fedchock, Tivon Pennicott, and Michael Thomas, to name a few. His commitment to excellence earned him several accolades, including the Dean’s Award and the Gold Coast Jazz Society Scholarship. His experience extends to teaching, where he brings his expertise in several areas, such as drums, keyboard, music theory, Jazz Ideology, and more, to aspiring musicians. Enrique is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Music Business and Production at Florida International University and continues to grow as a musician and educator.
